| It all started for me when I bought a car from Nick Martinez, July 2006. I knew that he had bought it from Tommy Roe, and Tommy had won the Figure 8 Championship with it, so I figured it should be a good car for me to start with. The goal was to try and get the car ready in time to run a few races before the 06 season was over, to get a feel for the whole racing thing before making a run for the rookie title in 07.
